Non-Refundable Deposit

Buyer shall deliver to Royal Prints Electronics and Machinery a non-refundable deposit, applicable towards the purchase price ,in the amount of half total amount within (3) days of placing order . This non - refundable downpayment. If this transaction fails to close for any reason other than default by seller, this non-refundable deposit shall remain the property of Royal Prints electronics and Machinery . All deposits are non refundable and are paid as a security fee ,this is to secure that you the consumer would are taking the order .This can only be only cancelled within 24hrs of placing your order , after this time period has passed down-payment is non-refundable .
