PRE-ORDER POLICY

PRE-ORDER: THESE ARE ITEMS THAT ARE NOT AVAILABLE AND/OR ARE CURRENTLY SOLD-OUT FROM OUR PHYSICAL/ONLINE SHOP.

Pre-order or back-order is placing orders in advance which requires a down payment from a client interested in procuring the said item/product.

Please make sure you have read and understood all the conditions written here before submitting your Orders.

DETAILS, TERMS & CONDITIONS:

1. ā€œFull paymentā€ is required & should be made via Bank Transfer, Online Transfer (Paypal) or any Payment channel (FYGARO, PAYONNER OR WESTERN UNION.) There will be no refunds on orders payed down and shipped under pre-order . What we do require is that clients to pay amount stated on the invoice. Upon submission of the ā€œOrder Formā€, payment of the client should be expected to be transferred within five (5) days or it shall be deemed cancelled (For Bank Transfer).

2. Cancellation of orders is not allowed once the ā€œOrder Formā€ has been submitted and paid nor could it be exchanged for other tools/items or services being rendered. All pre-orders made are considered as sold.

3. Estimated Date of Arrival: Shipment is based on the shipping schedule of our selected courier. Although we could track and trace the whereabouts of our package we cannot assure you the exact date and time of its arrival here in Trinidad due to several factors such as delays due to unforeseen events beyond our control (Technical problems of the shipping company, Natural Disasters, Customs clearing etc.) Products coming from the U.S.A usually takes 10-15 working days from date of purchase. Kindly manage your expectations. ā€œIf you cannot wait that long then please do not proceed with your orderā€.

4. Once the products have landed and received by our team. You will then be informed via contact number, email address and other social media platforms you have provided. We will immediately have all your orders packed in the next 24 Hours and schedule it for shipment. In the case of lost items during shipment we shall only refund items lost once applicable the amount that you have paid and shall offer a discount on your next possible purchase from us.

5. Pre-orders are non-transferable. All orders made shall ship directly to the person and address specified in the order form. We will not entertain such requests to protect the privacy and security of our clients.

A preorder allows customers to reserve an item before it becomes available for immediate shipment. Estimated shipping or release dates are provided for reference only and may change due to manufacturing, supplier, or shipping delays.

By placing a preorder, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Full or partial payment may be charged at the time the preorder is placed.
  • Release and delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.
  • Delays may occur outside of our control.

Order Cancellation

Customers may request to cancel a preorder before the item has shipped.

Approved cancellations may be subject to a restocking and processing fee of up to [10–20%] of the order total to cover payment processing, inventory allocation, and administrative costs.

Once a preorder item has shipped, the order cannot be canceled and will fall under the return policy below.

Returns & Refunds

Eligible items may be returned within [7] days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable and non-returnable unless defective:

  • Final sale items
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Digital products or downloadable content
  • Opened consumable products
  • Limited-edition preorder items marked as non-cancelable

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within [48–72 hours] of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item and packaging
  • A description of the issue

We will review the claim and provide a replacement, store credit, or refund where applicable.

Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Manufacturers or suppliers
  • Shipping carriers
  • Customs processing
  • Weather or other unforeseen events

We will make reasonable efforts to keep customers informed regarding significant delays.

Chargebacks

Customers agree to contact us first to resolve any issue before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback. Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in account restrictions or refusal of future service.

Policy Changes

We reserve the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will apply to orders placed after the updated policy is published.
