Domestic Shipping — Trinidad & Tobago
We offer flat-rate shipping across Trinidad and Tobago. Rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery zone:

International Shipping
We ship to 28 countries worldwide. A flat rate of TTD $130 applies to all international destinations. Please note that certain products may be restricted from international shipment due to product type or destination regulations.
Estimated delivery: 7–21 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and customs processing.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details once your order has been dispatched. Delivery date estimates are provided at checkout based on item availability and your selected shipping zone.
Free Shipping
Free shipping promotions may be available via discount codes. Check our current promotions for eligibility.
Returns & Refunds
We accept returns on most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. If the return is due to our error (incorrect or defective item), we will also cover return shipping costs.
You should expect your refund within four weeks of returning your package. This includes:
- Transit time for us to receive your return: 5–10 business days
- Processing time once received: 3–5 business days
- Bank processing time: 5–10 business days
