- Put a tumbler to pre heat up the machine every time you power it on. This can protect the machine from empty burning and extend the service life.
FAQ
Q: The press handle is very difficult to pull down, is it broken?
A: That's because the hand screw knob is tightened. They are usually tightened when the machine left the factory, which is for transportable safety concern. Adjust the hand knobs and loosen them.
Q: There is smell when I first power it on, and the smell still exists after a few uses.
A: The smell is normal for heat press machines. Since it is brand new, the smell will fade away with increasing uses.
Q: Can the machine be used on 220V countries?
A: If you buy the machine on amazon.com, the default voltage is 110V. It can't be used on 220V directly. Please use voltage transformer.
