Why is the temperature range of EENOUR tumbler heat press 0-400℉, while other brands are 0-482℉?
1. Avoid setting the temperature too high by mistake, causing safety problems. And prolong the service life of the tumbler heat press and the attachment.
2. The temperature range of 0-400℉ can cover the heating needs of all sublimation cups.
What should I prepare for tumbler sublimation?
Please prepare a printer with sublimation ink, heat transfer paper, and sublimation tumblers. First, print your patterns on heat transfer paper, and then the tumbler heat press can heat transfer the patterns on tumblers.
Why does the timer not work?
There are 2 reasons: 1. The diameter of the heater is not adjusted, so the handle cannot be pulled down completely. 2. The countdown trigger is not in the correct position. Here is an instruction video to help you fix it on the product page.
Why does the temperature always fluctuate around the set temperature?
Because the machine is maintaining the set temperature in this way. Small temp fluctuations will not influence your result. But if there is a large fluctuation, pls reach us for a replacement machine or send you a new heating attachment.
It starts to heat improperly or start to bubbles after several month use. How can I fix it?
A: Usually, it's the heating attachment going wrong, which can be solved by replacing it. If your order is in 6 months, please contact EENOUR and we will send you an attachment for free. Or you can purchase an attachment in our Amazon store.
