11-30 Ounces Is Too General, How Big A Mug Can It Make? Does The Mug Press Work With Any Kind Of Mug?
As long as the height of the mug does not exceed 9.8 inches and the diameter is within 2.87-3.43 inches, it can be made. Drinkware with smooth, straight pressing area only; avoid placing design on curves, bevels and textures
Are Sublimation Ink Mugs Dishwasher-Safe?
If your mug was dishwasher or microwave safe before printing, they will be dishwasher or microwave safe after printing.
Is It Normal For The Machine To Have A Little Smell When It Heats Up?
It's a normal phenomenon for the sublimation of a new machine. Odor will diminish with subsequent use but may not completely go away. So it's recommended to operate in a ventilated environment.
Why are prints lacking color/fading/having ghosting?
Because of the insufficient temperature and press time, and the design is not tight or completely flat against the mug. You can adjust the temperature or increase the heating time. Make sure the design is firmly secured flush against the mug
What is the service life of the heating element?
Ordinary tumbler heat press heating pad on the market only has a service life of 200-300 times. But we have improved the quality and extended its life to 500-600 times once you use it under the normal circumstances.

PRE-ORDER ITEMS ARE NOT ON HAND AND THEREFORE, HAVE TO WAIT AROUND 6 TO 8 WEEKS TO RECEIVE THE ITEMS.

3. We cannot estimate or guarantee a specific ship date so we cannot guarantee products will be available in 6 weeks. We will ship orders the moment they are available.
4.Sometimes the ordered items will arrive later than 8 weeks due to several factors (eg: customs)
