A Packaged Terminal Air Conditioner – often shortened to “PTAC” – is a self-enclosed unit that is easily installed through a wall without needing costly ductwork or an independent outdoor condenser unit.

This unit provides up to 200-700 square feet of coverage (depending your chosen unit size) for a variety of applications such as home additions, hotel/motel rooms, nursing homes, apartments, condos, dormitories, and more! Each room that receives its own PTAC unit will have its own temperature-controlled zone, meaning the occupant of each space can set a unit to their liking without affecting the occupants of other rooms.
