The 15" x15"(38x38cm) heating plate provides a large surface area for transferring to flat items such as t-shirts, ceramic plates, Canvas bag, mouse pad, etc. It owns a built-with a full range of heating coils to ensure consistency across the entire surface.
The chassis of the heat press tray is equipped with a spring slide rail, you can easily pull out the heat press placing plate, after placing the heat printing items, push the placing plate forward then you can cover the heating plate. The push-pull design makes it easy to change T-shirts or bags or anything else that needs to be pressed, and avoids being burnt by the heating plate when using.
the heating plate and the aluminum plate are fused into one, and are arranged in a U-shaped tube to generate heat evenly to avoid uneven, white space and scorching during heat transfer. Note: The thermal conductivity of aluminum is nearly three times that of iron, and it is also more corrosion-resistant than iron. Aluminum: 237W/mk Iron: 80W/mk.
This hot press is equipped with a digital precision control panel to help you adjust the temperature and time accurately. You can set the temperature and time precisely according to your needs. Electronic digital display controls temperature, accuracy (±2°C). When the job is done, it will automatically beep or shut down, reducing the possibility of overheating.
The surface is non-stick, prevents transfer paper from burning. Our products include insulation pads that effectively reduce the heat transferred by the heating plate above during heat pressing, thereby protecting the support plate below and making the heat pressing work better. The bottom plate is equipped with high-temperature resistant silicone, which can withstand temperatures up to 400°C.

Maintenance:
- Pressure: If the pressure is not enough or too high, you can adjust the pentagonal center pressure regulating knob on the back of the machine to increase the pressure in the clockwise direction; in the opposite direction, reduce the pressure;
- Time: When the hot stamping time arrives and the buzzer does not sound or sounds continuously, you must check whether the contact points of the micro switch in the machine tail box are at a moderate distance. If they are not, they must be adjusted to the appropriate position.
- Temperature: When the adjusted temperature is reached, the pointer of the thermostat indicator is at the "0" position (reaching 180 degrees in about 15 minutes). If the heating plate does not heat up after turning on the machine for several minutes, please check the circuit.
