The Hamilton Beach® 3-in-1 Grill/Griddle has two reversible cooking plates that are griddle-smooth on one side and ridged for grilling on the other. It gives you the versatility to cook 3 ways. Just flip and combine the plates to make a full grill, full griddle or a half grill and half griddle at the same time. This flexible grill/griddle combo is great for cooking any meal. Cook a full breakfast of pancakes, sausage and eggs on the griddle, grill burgers for lunch while toasting buns on the griddle side, or grill steak and vegetables for a low-carb dinner. The grill has plenty of power with 1400 watts and two separate cooking zones, each with its own independent controls. Just turn a dial to adjust the temperature up to 425°F. The removable cooking plates are dishwasher safe, and the drip tray goes in the top rack for easy cleanup.
