Non-adhesive HTV is not fixed to the fabric during heat press, so it is recommended not to push the iron or press it several times. And while it's not impossible to use an iron, it's best for working with a home press. When using the iron, set the temperature to about Cotton or Wool, In the case of home press equipment, work according to the temperature of 150โ/300โ.
Can be used on various fabrics
It can be used for various clothes such as Cotton, Polyester, Cotton/poly blends, Spandex (Sport uniform), etc. However, the press time and pressure may be different depending on the fabric, so be sure to test it before use.

GIO-FLEX HTV is thin and has the characteristic of being easily separated from the outer PET film. It has the advantage of being able to work quickly while cutting is easy. Even large amounts of work can be done easily and quickly.
Heat press operating
Preheat the fabric for 2-3 seconds before pressing Press. When pressing, do not rub iron or press equipment while pressing, and press as strongly as possible to ensure the vinyl adheres well. The suitable temperature for this film is 150โ / 300โ, and in the case of iron, work after adjusting the temperature to about cotton. Also, be sure to cold peel when removing the pet film.
Fun layer work
GIO-FLEX HTV can work with a dynamic and colorful design with more various colors through layer work. Working with layers in HTV is a difficult task. Please note that the focus may be slightly shifted. In addition, non-adhesive HTV requires a separate heat press for each color entered, and each time you press for each color, cool the temperature of the pressed fabric sufficiently before working.
Instruction
- 1. Please use a portable press device.
- 2. If iron is used, heat the fabric evenly and then remove the pet film.
- 3. Be sure to cold peel when removing the pet film.
- 4. When removing the pet, if there is an unattached part, do not remove the pet and press again.
- 5. When using iron, do not heat press for too long.
