    1. Calibration issue: Re-calibrate/alignment; use manual QR, tutorial or after-sales.

    2. Height changes: Re-calibrate if thickness changes; save settings.

    3. Light interference: Use in even light; avoid strong light/reflections.

  • Why can’t the camera capture the calibration card during calibration?

    1. Turn off the machine before camera calibration.

    2. Turn it back on to align after calibration.

    3. We’re upgrading software and modifying card material to fix this.

    No. For first-time use, you need to do some simple setup steps:
