Ink mixing occurs because the ink damper is damaged, compromising its airtight seal. This creates an uneven pressure difference between the damper and the print head, forcing ink from other colors into the damper and resulting in color mixing.

This is because white ink contains numerous fine particulate solids. Over time, these white particles settle, causing the white ink to become diluted. This results in a faint white appearance during printing.

Manually stir the white ink inside the bottle to thoroughly mix the ink with the white particles. Then, draw out approximately 5 milliliters of waste ink from the waste ink tube. Finally, perform a printhead cleaning cycle three times.

If the print head becomes clogged, do not attempt to disassemble and clean it yourself. The proper procedure is to have it cleaned under the guidance of a technician.

To prevent the printhead from clogging, use the humidification feature to keep the printhead in good working condition if the printer is left unused for more than 3 days.
