The SE2000 is Brother's successor to the SE1900. Starting with such noteworthy features like a wireless LAN capability, a design-savvy mobile app, and a host of built-in designs, creating dazzling embroidery designs on the generous 5” x 7” embroidery field just became more entertaining. Choose from the creative lineup of 193 built-in embroidery designs and see the designs on the 3.7” LCD color display screen which allows for easy on-screen editing, including letter editing and combining designs.

This combination machine offers the ultimate sewing and embroidery experience. Create a project using one of the 241 built-in sewing stitches and monogram or personalize the project with the 13 built-in embroidery fonts and 10 styles of one-step auto-size buttonholes. The exceptional feed system makes sewing a breeze and allows for smooth fabric feeding while the notable 7.4" from needle to arm, and embroidery speeds up to 650 stitches per minute (850 for sewing) adds to the excitement. Furthermore, with compatibility with the Brother iBroidery platform and the Brother 4” x 7” magnetic hoop, the SE2000 is the ideal machine for your next sewing or embroidery project. A key component to the SE2000 is the active tech that lends itself to creativity. When connected to a wireless network (wireless LAN enabled), the SE2000 lets you send files from your PC to your machine via Design Database Transfer (no USB required), so you can send and then stitch! This free downloadable software allows for easy data management for all your designs. You can also create and send designs through PE-Design 11ΒΉ/Β² for even more flexibility.

Also featured in the SE2000 is the expressive My Custom Stitch feature so that you can design your own custom sewing stitches and save them to your machine for even more personalization. The SE2000 has Color Sort, which adjusts the order in which multi-color embroidery designs are stitched, thus reducing color changes, and making it more efficient. In addition, the practical Jump Stitch Trimming function automatically trims any excess thread jumps within the color.

A highlight of the SE2000 is the new Artspira App. This new feature has embroidery patterns you can download, plus the ability to create embroidery patterns by drawing on your mobile device. The tools embedded in the app for drawing include a pen (single/zigzag), shapes, and an eraser. You can draw line-art inspired designs up to 5” x 7” (130mm Γ— 180mm) and then transfer them to your SE2000 wirelessly. Once you’ve completed your custom drawing, the app has a Stitch Simulator so you can view how your design will look when stitched out. The Artspira App lets you share your creations on many social media platforms as well.

The SE2000 comes with an advanced needle threading system and an automatic thread cutter, sewing speed up to 850 spm, and legendary Brother reliability. The product warranty is valid for the original purchaser of the product only and is non-transferable.

Warranty terms

We stand firmly behind ourΒ Royal Prints Electronics and Machinery LimitedΒ product. Your product is guaranteed to be free from manufacturer defects, however, if there are manufacturer defects, please report them to Customer Service Office upon delivery, so we can request your replacement parts. Please note that it is very common for manufacturers to send replacement parts to address warranty issues. Manufacturer warranties will not cover any costs associated with repairs. The replacement parts are the same version as your original products. We do not provide any upgrade replacement parts under any circumstance.

'Defects', as defined in this warranty, are any imperfections in material or workmanship that inhibits the use of the product. In no event shallΒ Royal Prints Electronics and Machinery LimitedΒ be liable for incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of the product.

Applicable Warranty Periods

Our standard warranty is counted from the actual date of delivery. The warranty period applies to the original products only.

For products purchased all eligible RoyalΒ Prints Electronics and Machinery LimitedΒ products are covered under a limited, non-transferable warranty for the term listed below for normal usage.

A failure is a mechanical breakdown or defect in the unit that affects the user’s ability to operate the product as intended. If it is determined that the failure was caused by misuse or abuse of the product, replacements and return shipping will be at the customer’s expense.

Warranty service

In the event that you discover a defect, please provide the photo or video of the product by filling inΒ this warrantyΒ request, it will improve our ability to quickly and correctly identify the issue and resolve it for you. Once we receive a completedΒ request, please allow 1-3 business days to process.

Warranty Exceptions

In no event shall Royal Prints Electronics and Machinery Limited be liable for incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of the product This warranty does not cover:

  • Products manufactured by other brands are sold under the Dropship model. Please referΒ DropShip Policy.
  • Anyone but the original purchaser of the product. Warranty is non-transferable
  • AllΒ Royal Prints Electronics and Machinery LimitedΒ products purchased from dealers or resellers are not eligible for a warranty. We only sell the replacement parts for customers, who bought products directly fromΒ Royal Prints Electronics and Machinery Limited.
  • Normal wear and tear over time, including dents, scratches, stains, fading, and tears, worns.
  • Problems caused by mold, termites, insects or quality changes are affected by the weather and surrounding conditions.
  • Natural material variations found in Bamboo desktops such as color, grains, etc
  • Damage due to improper assembly or disassembly
  • Damage caused by improper cleaning supplies or product modifications, misuse, abuse or floods, fire, hurricanes
  • Imprinting and scratching due to writing instruments or other sharp objects
  • Scratch, dent, and bent or Open Box products
  • Pilling of textile, and dye transfers caused by external contaminants.
  • Weight capacity is the capacity of the frame, not the seat itself. Abnormal loss of resiliency should not be confused with the softening and flattening of the foam and fibers, which is not defects.
  • Changes in surface finish or color of the material including color-fastness or matching of colors, wood grains, or textures
  • Any form of the replacement part order.
  • Any gifts, rewards fromΒ Royal Prints Electronics and Machinery LimitedΒ events, Sales or Promotions.

Replacement part order

Replacement parts are now being sold separately forΒ Royal Prints Electronics and Machinery LimitedΒ product(s) and for the original purchaser of the product only. Be advised that the warranty policy doesn’t apply to replacement part orders.

All damages to purchased parts must be reported to our customer service team within 7 days of delivery. Customers that have the intention to purchase replacement part are advised to consider carefully since the replacement part order(s) are non-returnable.


What should I do if my product arrives damaged?

We recommend that all shipments be inspected immediately upon arrival. Please make note of any damage to boxes when signing for the shipment.

  • Report any losses or damages promptly to theΒ Royal Prints Electronics and Machinery LimitedΒ team
  • Notification must be made within one week of delivery. Otherwise,Β Royal Prints Electronics and Machinery LimitedΒ reserves the right to deny your claim request.
  • Save all packaging until the warranty period has ended in case of return.

Please let us know immediately if your order does not arrive within the delivery time frame. We cannot be responsible for claims filed more than 30 days after the delivery period.

Premium Warranty Service

Customers that have the intention to purchase Premium Warranty Service are advised to consider carefully since the purchase of Premium Warranty Services are non-returnable.

If the product exhibits three significant manufacturing defects, we will provide a new product as a replacement within the first year of delivery. This is our definition of "Not working." After the first year, our warranty coverage will be determined by our standard warranty policy.
