PRE-ORDER ITEMS ARE NOT ON HAND AND THEREFORE, HAVE TO WAIT AROUND 6 TO 8 WEEKS TO RECEIVE THE ITEMS.

3. We cannot estimate or guarantee a specific ship date so we cannot guarantee products will be available in 6 weeks. We will ship orders the moment they are available.
4.Sometimes the ordered items will arrive later than 8 weeks due to several factors (eg: customs)
5. Please do not order if you are unable to wait.
6. If you combine in-stock and pre-ordered items, ALL items will be shipped at once when all pre-ordered items are available.
7. Once you place an order with us, it means that you are willing to accept these terms & conditions
8. Pre-orders are non-transferable. All orders made shall ship directly to the person and address specified in the order form. We will not entertain such requests to protect the privacy and security of our customers.
9. Once the products have landed and received by our team. You will then be informed via email and our social media platforms. We will immediately have all your orders packed in the next 24 Hours and schedule it for shipment. In the case of lost items during shipment we shall refund in full the amount that you have paid and shall offer a discount on your next possible purchase from us.
Non-Refundable Deposit
Buyer shall deliver to Royal Prints Electronics and Machinery a non-refundable deposit, applicable towards the purchase price ,in the amount of half total amount within (3) days of placing order . This non - refundable downpayment. If this transaction fails to close for any reason other than default by seller, this non-refundable deposit shall remain the property of Royal Prints electronics and Machinery .
