A huge benefit to using a pre-sensitized emulsion is the shelf-life. This emulsion will last 12 months as long as it is not exposed to any extreme cold or hot conditions.

This pre-sensitized emulsion is fast exposing and works well with a variety of light sources including 500 Watt halogen bulb, LED and UV black light.

Plastisol Ink Systems

Emulsion Best Practices

Screen Prep

  • We recommend Ecotex Hyper Haze, it will degrease your screen and give the emulsion a clean surface to stick to.
  • Eliminate any UV light from entering the room and work under a yellow light.
  • Write down the day you opened the emulsion on the bottle to better keep track of your chemicals.

Coating Screen / Drying

  • Use the sharp edge of your scoop coater
  • Make sure screen is completely dry before coating emulsion
  • Make sure screen is completely dry before printing

Drying

  • 86 ° to 104 °F (30 ° to 40 °C)
  • 30% to 50% humidity
  • Good Air Circulation

Exposure Times

Exposure times may vary, start using the times provided below and make adjustments to time if needed.

  • 10 – 12 seconds with LED Light
  • 6.5 - 7 minutes with 500w Halogen Light

The product warranty is valid for the original purchaser of the product only and is non-transferable.

Warranty terms

We stand firmly behind our Royal Prints Electronics and Machinery Limited product. Your product is guaranteed to be free from manufacturer defects, however, if there are manufacturer defects, please report them to Customer Service Office upon delivery, so we can request your replacement parts. Please note that it is very common for manufacturers to send replacement parts to address warranty issues. Manufacturer warranties will not cover any costs associated with repairs. The replacement parts are the same version as your original products. We do not provide any upgrade replacement parts under any circumstance.

'Defects', as defined in this warranty, are any imperfections in material or workmanship that inhibits the use of the product. In no event shall Royal Prints Electronics and Machinery Limited be liable for incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of the product.

Applicable Warranty Periods

Our standard warranty is counted from the actual date of delivery. The warranty period applies to the original products only.

For products purchased all eligible Royal Prints Electronics and Machinery Limited products are covered under a limited, non-transferable warranty for the term listed below for normal usage.

A failure is a mechanical breakdown or defect in the unit that affects the user’s ability to operate the product as intended. If it is determined that the failure was caused by misuse or abuse of the product, replacements and return shipping will be at the customer’s expense.

Warranty service

In the event that you discover a defect, please provide the photo or video of the product by filling in this warranty request, it will improve our ability to quickly and correctly identify the issue and resolve it for you. Once we receive a completed request, please allow 1-3 business days to process.

If a replacement is needed, all in-stock products are shipped in 1-2 business days, most via FedEx or UPS ground. Find our shipping time frame here.

Warranty Exceptions

In no event shall Royal Prints Electronics and Machinery Limited be liable for incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of the product This warranty does not cover:

  • Products manufactured by other brands are sold under the Dropship model. Please refer DropShip Policy.
  • Anyone but the original purchaser of the product. Warranty is non-transferable
  • All Royal Prints Electronics and Machinery Limited products purchased from dealers or resellers are not eligible for a warranty. We only sell the replacement parts for customers, who bought products directly from Royal Prints Electronics and Machinery Limited.
  • Normal wear and tear over time, including dents, scratches, stains, fading, and tears, worns.
  • Problems caused by mold, termites, insects or quality changes are affected by the weather and surrounding conditions.
  • Natural material variations found in Bamboo desktops such as color, grains, etc
  • Damage due to improper assembly or disassembly
  • Damage caused by improper cleaning supplies or product modifications, misuse, abuse or floods, fire, hurricanes
  • Imprinting and scratching due to writing instruments or other sharp objects
  • Scratch, dent, and bent or Open Box products
  • Pilling of textile, and dye transfers caused by external contaminants.
  • Weight capacity is the capacity of the frame, not the seat itself. Abnormal loss of resiliency should not be confused with the softening and flattening of the foam and fibers, which is not defects.
  • Changes in surface finish or color of the material including color-fastness or matching of colors, wood grains, or textures
  • Any form of the replacement part order.
  • Any gifts, rewards from Royal Prints Electronics and Machinery Limited events, Sales or Promotions.

Replacement part order

Replacement parts are now being sold separately for Royal Prints Electronics and Machinery Limited product(s) and for the original purchaser of the product only. Be advised that the warranty policy doesn’t apply to replacement part orders.

All damages to purchased parts must be reported to our customer service team within 7 days of delivery. Customers that have the intention to purchase replacement part are advised to consider carefully since the replacement part order(s) are non-returnable.


What should I do if my product arrives damaged?

We recommend that all shipments be inspected immediately upon arrival. Please make note of any damage to boxes when signing for the shipment.

  • Report any losses or damages promptly to the Royal Prints Electronics and Machinery Limited team
  • Notification must be made within one week of delivery. Otherwise, Royal Prints Electronics and Machinery Limited reserves the right to deny your claim request.
  • Save all packaging until the warranty period has ended in case of return.

Please let us know immediately if your order does not arrive within the delivery time frame. We cannot be responsible for claims filed more than 30 days after the delivery period.

Premium Warranty Service

Customers that have the intention to purchase Premium Warranty Service are advised to consider carefully since the purchase of Premium Warranty Services are non-returnable.

If the product exhibits three significant manufacturing defects, we will provide a new product as a replacement within the first year of delivery. This is our definition of "Not working." After the first year, our warranty coverage will be determined by our standard warranty policy.

  • "Given in good faith": The company is providing the estimate honestly and based on the information available at the time, using their best judgment and typical operational performance. We genuinely intend to meet the estimate .
  • "Estimates": The provided timeframe is a projection, not a guarantee. It acknowledges that the actual delivery time can be influenced by various factors outside the company's direct control .
  • Implied Limitations: The statement essentially means: "We will do our best to deliver by this date, but we cannot be held legally responsible if delays occur due to unforeseen circumstances".
