Ecotex Dip Tank Solution was formulated to make reclaiming screens simple and cost effective. This 2-in-1 water-soluble solution will remove both screen printing emulsions and inks.

Ecotex Dip Tank Solution safely removes all types of screen printing emulsions and inks without out harming screen silk screen mesh.
Cost Effective
Simply add solution and water to your dip tank, then let the 2-in-1 solution do the work. On average screen printers will have to replace water every 3 months. Times may vary based on frequency of use.
Universal
Our dip tank solution removes all photopolymer emulsions, diazo emulsions and capillary film emulsions. Additionally, It has been formulated to break down both water-based, plastisol inks and UV inks.

How to use when developing:
Step 1
Fill the tank with water to the appropriate amount and dilute 10:1 with water.
- EX. 40 gallon dip tank will have 30 gallons of water.
- Ex: 30 gallons of water will take 3 gallons of Dipper Stripper.
Step 2
Make sure that excess ink and tape are removed from the screen and place the screen(s) in the dip tank for 1-3 minutes.
Step 3
Remove the screen and thoroughly rinse with a high-pressure washer to remove all emulsion and residue.
