WARNING: Work in a WELL VENTILATED AREA and use protective equipment when working with DTF products and processes. It is highly recommended the use of a to handle the fumes caused by TPU adhesive powder curing. Bodily protection, including the use of PPE equipment such as a full body covering, a respirator / N95 mask, goggles and gloves are recommended to protect against TPU adhesive powder (prior to curing) that may become airborne due to handling. Inhalation of TPU adhesive powder or fumes may be hazardous to your health. The use of DTF equipment, chemicals, powders, inks and all accessories are at the sole risk of the user. DTF equipment is intended for use in a commercial environment. It is not recommended to use DTF equipment in a residential, or in-home setting. DTF inks and film require a good humidity environment - over 50% humidity is highly recommended to minimize the risk of ink clogs and film buckling. Add a Fume Extractor to this package for sufficient fume extraction.

The product warranty is valid for the original purchaser of the product only and is non-transferable.
We stand firmly behind our Royal Prints Electronics and Machinery Limited product. Your product is guaranteed to be free from manufacturer defects, however, if there are manufacturer defects, please report them to Customer Service Office upon delivery, so we can request your replacement parts. Please note that it is very common for manufacturers to send replacement parts to address warranty issues. Manufacturer warranties will not cover any costs associated with repairs. The replacement parts are the same version as your original products. We do not provide any upgrade replacement parts under any circumstance.
'Defects', as defined in this warranty, are any imperfections in material or workmanship that inhibits the use of the product. In no event shall Royal Prints Electronics and Machinery Limited be liable for incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of the product.
Our standard warranty is counted from the actual date of delivery. The warranty period applies to the original products only.

A failure is a mechanical breakdown or defect in the unit that affects the user’s ability to operate the product as intended. If it is determined that the failure was caused by misuse or abuse of the product, replacements and return shipping will be at the customer’s expense.
In the event that you discover a defect, please provide the photo or video of the product by filling in this warranty request, it will improve our ability to quickly and correctly identify the issue and resolve it for you. Once we receive a completed request, please allow 1-3 business days to process.
