You can efficiently cook two different types of food at once, which helps streamline food prep. To help prevent oil overflow, the stainless steel tanks have removable oil inserts with calibration marks for oil levels.

The Galaxy EF20E touts 3300W of frying power, which allows it to heat oil to a maximum temperature of 375 degrees Fahrenheit. You can easily cook several different types of food quickly and thoroughly.

Safety Features
This unit features a temperature regulator with a yellow hot light to signal the desired temperature has been reached. It also includes an automatic shut-off feature to cut off the power if the oil reaches a temperature of 446 degrees Fahrenheit.

Any of your employees can easily operate this unit thanks to intuitive controls that include indicator lights, rocker On / Off switches, and independent, fully adjustable temperature dials.
Hardy Basket
The fryer's spacious basket, which measures, 7 1/4" x 8 1/4" x 4 1/2", features a tight weave to securely hold contents. A coated, heat-resistant handle guarantees comfortable use and added safety.
Included Covers

PRE-ORDER ITEMS ARE NOT ON HAND AND THEREFORE, HAVE TO WAIT AROUND 6 TO 8 WEEKS TO RECEIVE THE ITEMS.

1. Pre orders require payment to be made at checkout.
2. Please note that due to the nature of pre-order items, we will not be accepting cancellations. Cancellation of orders is not allowed once the “Order Form” has been submitted and paid nor could it be exchanged for other items. All pre-orders made are considered as sold.
3. We cannot estimate or guarantee a specific ship date so we cannot guarantee products will be available in 6 weeks. We will ship orders the moment they are available.
4.Sometimes the ordered items will arrive later than 8 weeks due to several factors (eg: customs)
5. Please do not order if you are unable to wait.
6. If you combine in-stock and pre-ordered items, ALL items will be shipped at once when all pre-ordered items are available.

9. Once the products have landed and received by our team. You will then be informed via email and our social media platforms. We will immediately have all your orders packed in the next 24 Hours and schedule it for shipment. In the case of lost items during shipment we shall refund in full the amount that you have paid and shall offer a discount on your next possible purchase from us.
