Heat transfer is a new generation of technology that uses special sublimation inks and sublimation transfer paper. The pattern printed on the product does not produce colloid. If it is transferred to the clothes, the ink is directly sublimated into the clothes fiber, and the reliability is the same as the cloth dyeing, and the color is bright, which is more suitable for the colorful pattern. Our heat press machines are highly recommended since the irons cannot obtain the high pressure and high temperature that a heat press machine can reach and sustain.

We stand firmly behind our Royal Prints Electronics and Machinery Limited product. Your product is guaranteed to be free from manufacturer defects, however, if there are manufacturer defects, please report them to Customer Service Office upon delivery, so we can request your replacement parts. Please note that it is very common for manufacturers to send replacement parts to address warranty issues. Manufacturer warranties will not cover any costs associated with repairs. The replacement parts are the same version as your original products. We do not provide any upgrade replacement parts under any circumstance.
'Defects', as defined in this warranty, are any imperfections in material or workmanship that inhibits the use of the product. In no event shall Royal Prints Electronics and Machinery Limited be liable for incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of the product.
Our standard warranty is counted from the actual date of delivery. The warranty period applies to the original products only.

A failure is a mechanical breakdown or defect in the unit that affects the user’s ability to operate the product as intended. If it is determined that the failure was caused by misuse or abuse of the product, replacements and return shipping will be at the customer’s expense.
In the event that you discover a defect, please provide the photo or video of the product by filling in this warranty request, it will improve our ability to quickly and correctly identify the issue and resolve it for you. Once we receive a completed request, please allow 1-3 business days to process.
