How to Do It
1.Clean Surface - prepare your target surface clean and dry, the smoother the surface the easier to transfer the vinyl.
2.Design with cutter - put on a cutting mat that has a sticky back and kiss-cut the design by cutting machines.
3.Weeding the excess vinyl - leave the letters/graphics on the sheet with weeding tools.
4.Apply the transfer paper - gently put a transfer paper on the surface of the cut vinyl.
Use a scraper over the design and make sure the transfer tape is adhering to the permanent vinyl nice and tight.
5.Adhere it to the new clean and dry flat surface - slowly work with delicate patterns.
6.Remove Transfer paper - rub the clear tape from the center out to adhere the vinyl securely.

A TEST CUT IS ALWAYS RECOMMENDED.

The product warranty is valid for the original purchaser of the product only and is non-transferable.
We stand firmly behind our Royal Prints Electronics and Machinery Limited product. Your product is guaranteed to be free from manufacturer defects, however, if there are manufacturer defects, please report them to Customer Service Office upon delivery, so we can request your replacement parts. Please note that it is very common for manufacturers to send replacement parts to address warranty issues. Manufacturer warranties will not cover any costs associated with repairs. The replacement parts are the same version as your original products. We do not provide any upgrade replacement parts under any circumstance.
'Defects', as defined in this warranty, are any imperfections in material or workmanship that inhibits the use of the product. In no event shall Royal Prints Electronics and Machinery Limited be liable for incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of the product.
Our standard warranty is counted from the actual date of delivery. The warranty period applies to the original products only.
For products purchased all eligible Royal Prints Electronics and Machinery Limited products are covered under a limited, non-transferable warranty for the term listed below for normal usage.
A failure is a mechanical breakdown or defect in the unit that affects the user’s ability to operate the product as intended. If it is determined that the failure was caused by misuse or abuse of the product, replacements and return shipping will be at the customer’s expense.
In the event that you discover a defect, please provide the photo or video of the product by filling in this warranty request, it will improve our ability to quickly and correctly identify the issue and resolve it for you. Once we receive a completed request, please allow 1-3 business days to process.

Replacement parts are now being sold separately for Royal Prints Electronics and Machinery Limited product(s) and for the original purchaser of the product only. Be advised that the warranty policy doesn’t apply to replacement part orders.
All damages to purchased parts must be reported to our customer service team within 7 days of delivery. Customers that have the intention to purchase replacement part are advised to consider carefully since the replacement part order(s) are non-returnable.
We recommend that all shipments be inspected immediately upon arrival. Please make note of any damage to boxes when signing for the shipment.
Please let us know immediately if your order does not arrive within the delivery time frame. We cannot be responsible for claims filed more than 30 days after the delivery period.
