This printer does not support wireless printing and can only be connected to your computer/laptop via USB. It supports Windows, Mac, Chrome OS, Linux system and does not support printing via mobile phone.

Why does the printer keep printing blank labels and fail to detect labels?
- Ensure your labels are correctly loaded with the tearable side facing up.
- Ensure you are using the 'thermal labels' not normal labels.
- Switch off, press and hold the button, restart the printer until it beeps 3 times to recalibrate the label.

Why does paper jam occur during printing?
- Ensure that the paper is loaded correctly and aligned properly in the tray.
- Turn off the printer → Open the cover → Feed the label paper → Close the cover → Turn on the printer again → Let the printer automatically calibrate the label
