There is a lot of smoke at the beginning of use

Timer is not working
It was found that the timer was not working and there was no beep countdown sound. Turn the machine upside down, find the timer under the adjustment handle, adjust the countdown iron plate to the center of the iron block, the machine works normally
Can I use for high volume business? Will it hold up to large quatities?
You can make large batches, but the machine needs to rest after 1.5 hours of use
