Why is the temperature range of Slendor tumbler heat press 0-482℉, while other brands are 0-400℉?
The temperature range of 0-482°F can meet the heating needs of all sublimation cups and avoid failed transfer effects. 0-400°F cannot meet the transfer printing of some special material cups
What should I prepare when I pressed my mugs？

Cups of different materials have different time and temperature settings. 1. The temperature is too hot or the pressing time is too long 2. Set a lower temperature or the pressing time is too short
There is a smell when the machine is working. Is this normal?
This is a phenomenon common to tumbler heat press, and it is recommended that you operate in a ventilated environment. The more you use it, the less the smell.
