Some heat presses have the problem of not starting, and the reasons for the problem are as follows. (Resolved)
Previous machines used spring pushbutton switches, so some machines had poor on/off button contact.
Now that the machine has replaced the rocker switch, the machine will not have a similar situation again, please confidence!
Is it normal to have odor and smoke for the first use?
New machines will have these phenomena at the beginning of use, and they will decrease and disappear after many uses, so please use them in a ventilated place.
What else do I need to prepare after purchasing a machine?
Please have a sublimation tumbler, an inkjet printer with sublimation ink, and sublimation paper.
11-30 ounces is too general, how big a cup can it make?
As long as the height of the cup does not exceed 10.6 inches and the diameter is within 2.7-3.4 inches, it can be made.

PRE-ORDER ITEMS ARE NOT ON HAND AND THEREFORE, HAVE TO WAIT AROUND 6 TO 8 WEEKS TO RECEIVE THE ITEMS.
