What should I prepare for sublimation?
Prepare a printer with sublimation ink, sublimation paper, and sublimation tumbler blanks. First, mirror print the pattern and wrap it tightly and flatly on the tumbler, and then heat press.
Why does the machine smell strange?
It's normal that there is a smell on the machine for the material of the attachment. The smell will decrease with the using times, but won't disappear. Please use it in a ventilated environment.
Can the coaster be replaced?
Yes, the coaster can be replaced and there are operation guides in the user manual.
Why does the temperature fluctuate around the set temperature?
The machine maintains heat through slight fluctuations, which will not affect the sublimation results. But if the temperature fluctuates greatly or the heating fails, please reach us to replace the heating accessory or machine.
Is there anything I should be aware of?
1. Please put a blank cup on the machine when it's heating, which can prolong the attachment's life.
2. Remember to unplug the machine when it's not in use.
