A:Because of the insufficient temperature and press time, and the design is not tight or completely flat against the mug. You can adjust the temperature or increase the heating time. Make sure the design is firmly secured flush against the mug . Adjust the temperature or increase the heating time.
Q:Do I need to preheat the machine before printing?
A:Our machine can be used without pre-heating, if you want to pre-heat you must put a cup into it, otherwise it will reduce the service life of the coaster.
Q:How to deal that Ink from marker projects bleeds onto the mug heating element?
A:It may be the transfer paper is too thin. DO NOT clean with water that may cause a short circuit. You can wrap a mug with butcher paper to prevent transferring onto future projects or buy a new mug heating element to replace.
Q:Can the machine be used for a long time?
A:Long-term use may have an unpleasant smell, perhaps accompanied by smoke, which is normal, use lubricating oil for regular machine connections maintenance. Do not clean the mug heating element with water.
