TROUBLE SHOOTING
Q：Fails to heat up or does not heat up to the temperature displayed.
A：It may be that mug heating attachment is burnt out. You can check heating attachment connections or replace the heating element.
Q：Why is the print lack of color and fade image?
A：Because of the insufficient temperature and press time, and the design is not tight or completely flat against the mug. You can adjust the temperature or increase the heating time. Make sure the design is firmly secured flush against the mug . Adjust the temperature or increase the heating time.
Q：Do I need to preheat the machine before printing?
A：Our machine can be used without pre-heating, if you want to pre-heat you must put a cup into it, otherwise it will reduce the service life of the coaster.
Q：How to deal that Ink from marker projects bleeds onto the mug heating element?
A：It may be the transfer paper is too thin. DO NOT clean with water that may cause a short circuit. You can wrap a mug with butcher paper to prevent transferring onto future projects or buy a new mug heating element to replace.
Q：Can the machine be used for a long time?
A：Long-term use may have an unpleasant smell, perhaps accompanied by smoke, which is normal, use lubricating oil for regular machine connections maintenance. Do not clean the mug heating element with water.
Q：How to switch from Celsius to Fahrenheit?
A：Press and hold the OK button for three seconds to switch between Celsius and Fahrenheit.

NOTES:
1. Check the voltage before using it and keep children away from the machine, use it in a well-ventilated area.
2. Do not set the temperature any higher than 240℃, as it may cause overheating and stop working. Do not touch the heating element in operation.
3. In order to protect the machine components and prolong the service life of the machine, the machine adopts the spiral heating method, that is, after the temperature rises, it will drop a little, then rise again, and circulate many times, and finally stabilize around the set temperature.
4. For a straight stainless steel tumbler to press a full image sublimation, it’s recommended to set the 90s to heat press first, and then rotate 180 degrees and press 30s again.
5. To adjust the pressure, put the cup in first, turn the pressure nut clockwise to increase the pressure, and rotate counterclockwise to decrease the pressure, and adjust until the machine can be completely closed.
6. When you hear a beep, prove that it has completed the heat transfer, note that you must use insulated gloves to take it out.
